Prince of Rock

Rocky was born prematurely but exhibited a tenacity that served him well as he struggled with floppy feet and an inability to  stand during his first days. He taught himself to nurse while kneeling and quickly gained strength and ran and ran up and down the hills gaining strength daily. He is quite attractive with a white face to go with his brown fleece. He is the darkest alpaca born to Princess (who has always thrown white or fawn) and has the potential to settle into a grey color.

We just love Rocky. He has a wonderful disposition and a great stance, that only his sire can take credit for. He has one of the most dense fleece out in our male fields. He has turned grey on his chest - so we do expect him to be slowly turning grey all over.
