Ralpacaland's Accoyo Angelo
Angelo has correct conformation with thick, strong bones. He has wonderful density, nice brightness and a very long staple. Angelo's fleece exhibits a beautiful crimp with excellent fleece coverage traveling down through his toes. He has a medium frequency crimp that is very fine. At 1 year old, his histogram read; AFD:19.0, SD: 3.3.
Will this Full Accoyo male produce color? We're hopeful he will. His sire is famous for producing all colors, even grays and that is a strong positive for Angelo. In addition, Angelo's dam has a big brown spot on her hip and has produced a fawn cria, plus Angelo also has large black spots of color around his eyes. We think his chances are very good for covering color.
Angelo has a sweet mellow personality and is a joy to be around. He will be starting his breeding career in spring on 2011.
Accoyo Angelo is proudly co-owned with our friends Ivy and Scott Goldstein, at Whimsical Acres Alpacas, where Angelo currently lives.
