Chocolate Drop is out of Lord Stirling and Teardrop the champion girl we got from the midwest. Unfortunately we did lose Teardrop - but Chocolate Drop has been doing really well bonding with all the other crias. We like her so much - that we will take her out to the spring shows.

Circe is out of MFH Circlet and Avalon's Peruvian Granger. That makes her 1/2 sibling to our prize herdsire, Lord Stirling. She already shows signs of following in her mother's footsteps-giving us everything we hoped to get from this breeding. Come see them all, you are in for a treat. We love her leg coverage, her grey soft fleece, and obviously some judges agree with us too!

Crimson Ice has tons of potential. Our wonderful girl Tamara has always given us the most amazing cria. From Lady Jane, Hannah, Autumn Dancer and Indi Max. And here Crimson Ice is another wonderful boy. His Sire Zamboni is out of the Black Ice line, and we have chosen to keep the name in that line too.

Matt may look like a creamy color-but when you open that fleece up-wow!!!! What you see is a light silver grey. We waited for Princess to throw a grey for so long -and finally we have one!!! come and see Matt at the spring shows.

Another beautiful Nemo male and a beautiful boy out of Miss Marilyn. Arronax shows all the promise of his sire. We're betting that he will be a welcome addition to anyone's breeding program.

BellaNema is a lovely full peruvian medium rose grey girl out of our champion Captain Nemo and our famous girl Isabella who appeared on the daytime talkshow The View. BellaNema has a full brother Silver Crown who took is a 3x Reserve Champion. Silver Crown is a Modern rose grey now owned by Jackie Armiger at Windy Farms in NJ. We are hoping that BellaNema will follow in all these winning ways. A lovely girl as you can see.

Peruvian Blush is a lovely Rose-grey girl with her heart on her chest!!! look at that picture. just lovely. She took a first at Empire Extravaganza in October of 2011. And followed that with a 2nd at the New England Classic a couple of weeks later. We love this cross that we have from Derwydd's Wine and Derwydd's Luciano. She is a beauty.

Trooper is a product of Pearl cache (a patagonia genetics girl) and DiMaggio our white phenotypical herdsire. Trooper has excellent fiber and a nice conformation. he is all male and takes after his very macho father, except for those beautiful eyes. Pearl had a say on that.

Rosehaven Alpacas wins our first Purple Banner!!! Derwydd Grand Morenos Ch'ulla takes us into Purple. And how exciting it was to be standing in the ring with a purple banner handed to us! Ch'ulla did well for all of us. Derwydd and Rosehaven

Rosehaven Alpacas had the pleasure of appearing at the Alpaca Festival in Bethel Woods last Labor Day Weekend. Bethel Woods has a theme each weekend during the harvest season, and the alpaca festival has been going on for 5 or more years. We are looking forward to joining The Double E Alpaca Ranch to bring some alpacas, yarn, some fleeces and roving. Stop by Bethel Woods this labor day for some Alpaca fun!!
